Glenora Homestead
Experience warm hospitality in our charming Glenora Homestead, featuring two double guest rooms—one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a bathroom conveniently located next door. Each room offers picturesque views of the surrounding farmland. Guests can relax by the lovely open fires, which make the space warm and cozy, or enjoy modern conveniences such as laundry facilities, a separate guest lounge, and a TV room equipped with Wi-Fi. After a day's hunt, unwind on the balcony with a refreshing drink or cozy up by the fire on cooler evenings. Delight in home-cooked meals, fresh baking, and a hearty cooked breakfast each morning.
The Mai Mai (Tim's Hideout) & Sleepout!
The "Mai Mai" is situated in the prime hunting block and features gas cooking facilities, a BBQ, and power supplied by a generator—all essential for preparing warm winter meals. Although meals are prepped at the Homestead, they are heartily cooked on-site at the Mai Mai.
The Sleepout accommodates up to eight guests in two cozy rooms outfitted with comfortable bunks. A separate bathroom block enhances the rustic charm, complete with a gas-powered shower, flush toilet, and vanity—all boasting scenic views overlooking Franklin Lake.
Dining at the "Mai Mai" includes BBQ-cooked meals and hot casseroles fresh from the crock pot—perfect for chilly evenings. Start your mornings with a BBQ breakfast and enjoy plunger coffee, fresh breads, and delicious home-baked treats sent out with you for the day.
